A well-made suit is the most essential part of the businessman’s wardrobe and there is no better fit than a truly bespoke suit, whether it is fully hand stitched, half hand or machine stitched. It is one of the very first things potential clients or employers’ experience. Wearing a well-fitted suit is not just about looking stylish but also presenting yourself in a positive and polished image that fits your business environment.
It also conveys a lot about the wearer, reflecting professionalism, good taste and an expression of personal style. A great suit will make you look suave and feel sharp as well as make you distinguish yourself from the crowd of office uniforms.
Business suits do not have to be dull and just come in the traditional black, greys and navy with so many different fabric and colours to choose from. Taking into account your working environment will determine the type of suit you need. Indeed a creative business would require a much less conservative look in than in a banking or legal environment. It is thus paramount to take into consideration a choice that compliments your role and workplace as well as reflect your personality.
We will start with a consultation to discuss your work requirements and lifestyle, as well as the sort of corporate image and personal style you would like to achieve. We will advise you on which colours suit you best through our colour theory exercise.
There are several elements to consider when choosing a bespoke suit, the texture, quality and practicality of the cloth, the style, cut and fit, and of course a price to suit your budget but we do all of the legwork, leaving you time to relax and enjoy your shopping experience.
You will typically need 2 to 4 fittings depending on whether you go for a machine stitched, half hand stitched or fully hand stitched bespoke suit. The whole process taking between 8 to 10 weeks for machine and half hand stitched suits and around 12 weeks for fully hand stitched ones.
